Returns
Upon delivery of your equipment please inspect all boxes noting any damage, missing boxes or discrepancies prior to signing for your delivery. If you are not satisfied with your products you may return items within 14 days of receipt. Please email us your name, contact information and original order number to start this process. The equipment must be shipped back with prepaid shipping to our warehouse in original packaging and ‘like new’ condition. All shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made after inspection of the returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the consumer is responsible for all freight/handling charges incurred by the cancellation. Sthenyx automatically charges a restocking fee of 20% or 100% of the purchase price due to missing component parts or poor repackaging causing damage to the equipment.
Are discounts available if I order in bulk?
Discounts may be available if products are bought in bulk. Please email Sthenyx to enquire.
Do you provide on-site installation?
Yes we do. Installation is carried out by another vendor which can be purchased via the Sthenyx website once an order is completed.
Please note that on site installation through our selected vendor is not mandatory.If you choose to install our products youself, Sthenyx will not take responsibility for any damage caused by faulty installation.
I want to change my order, what should I do?
Please email hello@sthenyx.com with your order details and latest order request.
The peg board labyrinth is a made to order product, so if production of your order has already started, we are unable to alter production.

How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to the customer confirming shipping details. The assigned courier will then email with further details.
Why can't I order and pay through the website?
The Pegboard Labyrinth system is big and requires the correct environment and setup.
We therefore like to discuss with our customers their requirements and circumstance to ensure the best service can be provided.
